All pets are welcome. While many of our videos feature dogs and cats, we can also create tributes for birds, rabbits, horses, reptiles and even hedgehogs. If they’re family to you, they matter to us.

What kind of content should I send?

Send us photos and video clips that show your pet’s personality — playful moments, quiet cuddles, or anything in between. Clear, well-lit media works best. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the upload process.

How long does it take?

Legacy Tale and Heartfelt Tribute videos are delivered within 5–7 business days after receiving all your materials.

Forever Gold videos include expedited delivery in 3–5 business days after receiving all your materials.

Is this only for pets who have passed, or are near the end of life?

Not at all. While many use our videos to say goodbye, others create them to celebrate milestones like a birthday, adoption day, or simply the everyday joy of having a pet by your side.

How will I know my order went through?

After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order.

What happens after I receive my confirmation email?
